How long will it take to get a legal assessment?2023-10-29T09:21:45+11:00

Assessment reports can take between 4-8 weeks to complete. It is therefore important that you work with your legal team to request a medico-legal assessment as early as possible. Sometimes, adjournments might be necessary to ensure there is sufficient time to prepare the report.

How do I request a medico-legal or forensic assessment?2023-10-29T09:18:30+11:00

Before we can provide a quote for a medico-legal or forensic assessment, we will need instructions from a solicitor or barrister. These are typically referred to as the ‘Terms of Reference.’ This helps the psychologist to structure the assessment and provide opinions that are relevant to your case. Unfortunately, we do not accept referral from clients who are self-representing.
